Olympiakos beats Volos 1-0, maintains league lead (AP)

David Fuster scored in the first half to give leader Olympiakos a 1-0 win over host Volos in the Greek league Sunday. Olympiakos now has 51 points from 20 games with defending champion Panathinaikos, which beat Ergotelis 2-0 Saturday, 7 points back. PAOK, which drew 0-0 at Aris Sunday, is third on 34 points.
