Roma President Rosella Sensi Admits New Coach Decision Will Be Made On Monday (Goal.com)

Roma president Rosella Sensi has revealed a decision about a new coach will be made on Monday, after the sacking of Claudi Ranieri.

The patron says the club will act swiftly and responsibly in appointing the next tactician.

"We will take heed in light of his [Ranieri's] decision," Sensi told ANSA. "We will not do anything tonight.

"Our aim will be to meet altogether tomorrow, which will include myself, the directors and the players."

Former Gialloroosi hero Vincenzo Montella has been linked with taking over the side for the remainder of the season. Ranieri's sacking comes on the back of a 3-2 Champions League home loss to Shakhtar Donetsk midweek, and a 4-3 defeat to Genoa earlier today after leading 3-0 at half-time.
